Due to COVID-19, all orders may be significantly delayed. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks of delay before reaching out! 

• All orders are shipped via Canada Post from British Columbia, Canada.

• Our orders are currently shipped as letter. Please contact us if you would like to ship as package.

ESTIMATED PROCESSING TIMES:
• The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies between 1-3 business days.

ESTIMATED STANDARD LETTER MAIL DELIVERY TIMES [WITH COVID DELAY]:
• Canada: 3-30 Business Days 
• US: 10-50 Business Days 

We are not responsible for lost mail or delayed shipping, unless purchased with tracking. Thank you for your understanding.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order, and we will be more than happy to help! :)

We will consider packages as arrived after 45 days and will not resend!
